She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Generations Community Bank, where she has built a reputation for excellence in leadership, operational strategy, and community engagement. Throughout her career, Brittany has managed branch teams, driven sales growth, and implemented initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and financial literacy.

Born and raised in Illinois, Brittany is a proud graduate of Western Illinois University, where she studied Human Resources Management. Brittany combines her Midwestern roots with a forward-thinking approach to banking and making a community impact. Outside of work, she is a wife and mom of two. She is also a diehard Chicago Bears fan, embracing her hometown pride wherever she goes.
