Kristin Mays-Corbitt

Advisory Board Chair

Kristin Mays-Corbitt is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mays Chemical Company, Inc. where she has served for more than 20 years in progressive positions of leadership. She earned both a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Kristin is the current Chair of the Board of Directors at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, making her the first woman of color to hold the position. She has also served on the boards of Hamilton Southeastern High School’s Royal Pride PTO as Treasurer, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, Indiana University School of Business Dean Council, the 16 Tech Community Corporation, and the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee. She volunteers on the NBA All Star 2024 Board of Directors and volunteered on the Civic Advisory Council for NFL Super Bowl XLVI.

Kristin has been recognized for her leadership in business and community service, including being named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” list in 2009 and receiving the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Distinguished Entrepreneur Award in 2014.
