Kyle Middleton

Chief Credit Officer

Kyle Middleton is the Chief Credit Officer at Generations Community Bank.  He is responsible for the overall credit quality of the loan portfolio, administrative and operational matters pertaining to lending, and loan servicing and processing for Generations Community Bank. Kyle is an experienced credit executive with a 30-year career in banking and finance.

Prior to his current position, He spent over 17 years at JP Morgan Chase. In his role as Executive Director-Commercial Bank he managed the asset quality of a $1.0 billion portfolio to meet business and risk management objectives and structured financing solutions to support working capital growth, recapitalizations, and business acquisitions for Middle Market clients. Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Kyle worked at GE Capital as a Vice President involved with closing leveraged financing solutions to support private equity sponsors. Kyle also worked at Heller Financial Inc. as a Senior Underwriter in the Small Business Lending Division where he structured solutions for companies in need of SBA financing to acquire businesses, real estate, equipment, and for working capital needs.

Kyle obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University and his Master of Management Degree with majors in finance, marketing, strategy, and entrepreneurship from Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant certification, State of Illinois, in 1995 (currently inactive).

Kyle is very passionate about finding ways to serve in his work environment and local community.  In his new role he is working to establish the first mission driven bank that is focused on economic growth and upward mobility for all Indiana communities that have been overlooked and underserved to address the generational wealth gap for generations to come.

Kyle is a native of Indianapolis and enjoys spending time with family and friends and supporting local sports teams, musicians, and artists.
